I would normally not engage in this sort of sharing but since a few Oppos are interested in the forbidden fruit known as medium dual cab 4x4 utilities...here it is:

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

The results are fundamentally unsurprising. However, I do note a rare understanding of each vehicles possible sense of place in this review of examples from perhaps the most dyslexic automotive segment currently in existence. Are they work trucks, family wagons, off road explorers, sports cars, executive saloons or something else again?

The nice thing about dual can short bed trucks, is they can do all of those things. They aren’t the best tool for any one of those jobs, but they are capable of doing a wider variety of jobs than any other vehicle out there. They’re like a really good multi-tool.

Excellent point. Capable of many things. Masterful at almost none of them.

And that’s why it is so damn hard to properly review then...even at a personal level. They are so variable and even targeted at different audiences...often within a single model range.

Exactly.

Here is mine. It’s a 2wd base model I bought brand new for a fantastically low price. My family hauler, building materials hauler, camper/race car tow rig, etc, etc. It’s never let me down, and 12 years, 130k miles, and a bit of rust later, and could still sell it for 40% of what I paid for it. I’d be crazy to get rid of it though.

My oldest daughter put the center caps on for me :)
